These terms of use may be changed without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check them periodically, and if you do not agree with them you should stop using this site. Your presence on the site represents your agreement and willingness to comply with these terms of use, as well as the instructions of the Administrators / Owner of the site. HotAffairs.uk is not the employer of the users who have accounts / profiles on this site. HotAffairs.uk cannot in any way be held responsible for any damage that may arise from the use of this site. As a user of this site it is your responsibility to protect yourself and to respect the Administrators and the Owner of the site. These terms of use have the value of a contract between the parties.

  4. HotAffairs.uk reserves the right, like any private site, to select its users. The terms of use of the site are NOT negotiable. Requirements set by the Administrators must be met by users; they are not negotiable. Users who do not comply with the site's terms of use, or the Administrators' requirements, and who do not use civil, polite, decent language with the Administrators or with other users, may be fined in points or excluded from our site, in which case they will no longer have the right to access this site.

  5. Creating more than one account/profile per person is not allowed. People who attempt to create multiple accounts will be excluded from the site without prior notice. Amounts paid (in full) by such people to HotAffairs.uk WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  6. Abusive behaviour, harassment of other users, and sending unsolicited messages (whether repeated or not) is punishable by a points fine or account exclusion, depending on the severity of the violation

  7. You may not access this site with the intent to use it against any person, whether an individual or an organisation. Copying, saving, or otherwise using the information, photos, or videos from this site is not permitted. HotAffairs.uk DOES NOT ALLOW any media organisation, press, TV, or website to publish any of the photos, videos, profile information, or screenshots from this site. Persons or organisations that do so are breaking the law and will be taken to court for intellectual property theft.

  8. You agree to cooperate with this site's Administrators so that your details, photos and videos on your profile can be verified. This site's Administrators are entitled to ask any user to complete all their details, to add photos to their photo album, and to validate the details, photos or videos on their profile.
    If this site's Administrators find bad faith, or consider that a user of this site does not wish to cooperate, they have the right to apply fines ranging between 1,000 and 50,000 points, or to delete their account / profile, depending on the severity of the violation.
    Refusing to have your details, photos or videos verified means the profile is considered fake, and the Administrators have the right to delete it without notice.

  9. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users are required to keep and protect their password for access to this site. HotAffairs.uk is not responsible for access by anyone other than the account holder on this site. Any loss/transfer of points, photos, videos, or personal information arising from the user's negligence is the responsibility of the user in question; HotAffairs.uk is absolved of any blame in this regard. Users must not allow other people to access their personal account. This is considered a serious violation and is punishable by a points fine or account deletion

  10. You agree to receive communications, whether informational or commercial in nature, through any means of communication available to the site's Administrators: email, phone, internal messaging. The purpose of these communications will not in any way harm users' personal lives, being purely promotional in nature and consisting of: invitations to events, parties, advertising, competitions, or various actions undertaken by HotAffairs.uk

  11. HotAffairs.uk gives no guarantee whatsoever as to the authenticity of profiles. Only verified profiles have had their information, photos and videos checked for authenticity. Unverified profiles may be fake, so each member takes on their own responsibility when contacting them.

  12. When you register on our site you will receive 500 points free of charge. These are always valid, there is no expiry date. Sending a friend request costs 50 points. Sending a message costs 1 point. Once you run out of points, you will need to buy more.
